Your security and privacy is a priority in MileMarker.
Your ideas are safe with us.
MileMarker requires all collaborators and administrators to log in through our secure account system in order to capture and manage ideas. Every user requires unique log in credentials, ensuring that all activity is connected to a valid user.
You control your ideas
MileMarker lets you control who has access to your groups and projects. According to your plan, you can invite collaborators to your groups and projects. When you invite collaborators to a group, you are giving them permission to manage all of the projects and ideas within that group. When you invite collaborators to a project, they can view, add, and rate ideas that have been captured in that project. As the account owner, you can remove project privileges or complete group access at any time.
Export your ideas
Should you need your ideas out of MileMarker, we’ve made it easy to export ideas to a .csv file. This gives you the flexibility to manipulate the data and import it back into MileMarker or into another application. If at any time you decide to cancel your account, this also allows you to take your ideas with you.
Your ideas are yours, not ours
We take the privacy of your ideas very seriously. Our policies dictate that our staff will not have direct access to the production data of our customers. Gaining your trust is our priority, and therefore your ideas are seen by you and your contributors only.
